Eric Ferreira, Co-Founder and President of Cornerstone Construction Group, is an accomplished construction executive with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale residential operations across Northern Virginia and beyond. Before launching Cornerstone, Eric served as Vice President of Construction for Lennar’s Virginia Division and previously for M/I Homes, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, oversaw hundreds of home builds annually, and developed high-performing teams known for excellence, integrity, and efficiency. A Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Economics, Eric has built his career on strong leadership, financial discipline, and an unwavering commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
His deep understanding of construction operations, combined with his strategic vision and hands-on approach, allows him to balance precision with creativity in every project.
